Shizune is Tsunade's student/right hand-woman. No one really knows how she met up with Tsunade, but it is rumored that Shizune had left Konoha when her uncle Dan (also Tsunade's lover) was killed. They say she was an errand girl when she found Tsunade drunk in a bar. Since then Tsunade and Shizune have wandered around.Shizune is, like Tsunade, a medical ninja. Shizune's weapons include a contraption on her right wrist that shoots poison needles. She also can shoot these needles from her mouth. Shizune is a worry-wart who cares about Tsunade greatly. Though she may not show it at times, Tsunade cares for Shizune as well. Shizune fights to protect Tsunade but foremost she fights to protect Konohagakure.
